Welcome to my blog!
My name is Val Wagner and I have 4 boys that keep me on my toes constantly! But it’s so much fun! Come along on our adventures, while we give you a glimpse as to what life is REALLY like on a farm…with boys! Feel free to ask questions, make comments, give suggestions, whatever may be. Just be sure to read The Rules! I’m so glad to meet you and can’t wait to tell you my story!
A little background on me: I was born in Wisconsin, but raised in North Dakota. I had a dream that I’d be a big-shot lawyer in a metropolis area, leaving the farm far behind me…and then fate stepped in. I met my husband (I refer to him as Boss Man on this blog) at a county fair and the rest, as the cliche’ goes, is history.
Our youngest son has a metabolic disorder called Ornithine Transcarbamylase Deficiency (OTC). It means that he can have limited protein throughout his day, living on a diet similar to a vegan, yet stricter. It’s been a long and grueling road, but we’ve been so blessed. If you want to read more about him, check out the OTC tab at top.
That’s about it for now. Thanks for stopping by, and be sure to come back soon!
